34 weeks....

Here is a picture of me at 34 weeks. I know this week should be the photo of me at 35 ( since I am 35 weeks now), but I am a little behind. John and I are fighting colds, so since my belly is already swollen, I thought I would wait to take a picture where my nose is not swollen.

I am feeling great. Yesterday I hiked with my mom and dad for over an hour, then came home and washed all the baby blankets, sheets, burp cloths and some clothes.

I am pretty much ready when she is.

John is doing well. I think we are both a little nervous, but pretty much ready.

The cutest decorations ever, all around the house.

Well, I can't say enough to thank my cousin Corey (CoCo), Aunt Clocky and my mom (Nana) for the wonderful job they did in throwing the best ever baby shower for peanut. I feel lucky everyday for the family and friends around me, and this day was another event to prove how blessed I am.

This day was a wonderful day. It started out with my girlfriend Jenny and her husband Jeremiah, welcoming their beautiful little girl Camille Grace Christiansen into this world. We are so excited for them and are glad that mom and baby are doing well.

Then off to an Over the top baby shower for our little girl (Peanut). I wanted to thank everyone for coming and celebrating such an exciting time.

33.5 weeks....

Today was another doctors appointment. Nothing to exciting. I feel like I was just at the doctors, but that is because my appointments are now every two weeks. After the next appointment, I start going every week.
Today's report card was an A. Good BP, good urine, good heart beat and good wt gain. The doctor asked me if I was ready, and my response was " some days yes, and some days I think what are we getting ourselves into".
Monday John and I went with some friends to Temecula, wine tasting. I was the designated driver, but it was nice to get out and enjoy the beautiful San Diego winter rain.
Other then that, nothing to new. We have been keeping busy with getting ready and exercising pretty much everyday.

Our little Boston Celtic Fan.....

As most of you know I am a Boston Celtic Fan and a fan of the color green. I told myself that I would not go to crazy shopping for our little girl until she was born, but when you run into clothes that are green and super cute, I could not help myself. I like to think one of the dresses is for Easter and the other green dress is to wear in support of the Boston Celtics on game days.

Our little Peanut at 32 weeks

Here are a few photos of our little peanut at her 32 week ultrasound. The doctor said she is in the 49% tile and is right on track for her arrival close to 4-4-09. These photos make her look really squishy, but I think she most likely feels that way. We are both doing great, and her daddy is really excited to meet her (he says that he is already bragging at work about her).

The last one is really hard to make out, but the top two are her face with an arm next to it.

An important day......

Today is my 2nd big ultrasound appointment. John and I are going to the doctors to have an ultrasound to see our little girl for the 2nd time. As we count down the days, I am still feeling pretty good. I cant complain. I am still hiking as much as possible and working as much as I can as well. I will post some more pictures as soon as I take some, as well as an update after the ultrasound.
